Shipping Policy:
Urbandon ships within Australia and Internationally. All items will be shipped within three days of payment clearing, via Australia Post. Delivery is 3-5 working days. International orders are sent by Air Mail with Australia Post, take about 10-14 working days.
Returns Policy:
In the event you receive faulty goods I happily offer full refund. Contact me immediately to make arrangements. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 20 days of purchase for international buyers and 7 days for buyers from Australia. Sorry, I cannot exchange if you have changed your mind. The items must be returned in their original condition (unused) and original packaging. Price of shipping will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for payment of shipping returns back to the seller.
