All orders are sent via regular post. For express or registered post please contact me prior to ordering for a new postage quote. I cannot be responsible for breakage, theft or loss during shipping. For international postage: buyers are responsible for any import taxes or tariffs on international purchases. If you would like any more information on shipping please feel free to contact me.
Returns Policy:
My main concern is your happiness with my items. If for any reason you are not happy please let me know right away so we can work out a solution. Refund request must be made within 3 days of receipt of your item. I am open for you to return the item in its original condition within 7 days and I'll refund your money (less transaction and postage costs). For hygiene reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on earrings.
