All orders are sent via regular post. For express or registered post please contact me prior to ordering for a new postage quote. I cannot be responsible for breakage, theft or loss during shipping.
For international postage: buyers are responsible for any import taxes or tariffs on international purchases.

Returns
My main concern is your happiness with my items. If for any reason you are not happy please let me know right away so we can work out a solution. Refund request must be made within 3 days of receipt of your item. I am open for you to return the item in its original condition within 7 days and I'll refund your money (less transaction and postage costs).
For hygiene reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on earrings.
