Shipping Policy:
Postage/Shipping: All items are posted in ‘Narelle’ signature packaging & are gift ready. Jewellery orders within Australia are posted using Registered post, therefore a signature will be needed on delivery. International orders are shipped using standard international post – up to 15 business days in most countries. Postage/Shipping costs: Australia ~ $5.00 small parcel + $3.05 registered = $8.05 International ~ $11.00 small parcel
Returns Policy:
I take great pride in the high standard and quality of my craftsmanship, therefore I will gladly take returns if sent back within 7 days in their original, unused state. Please email me prior to returning items for an authorization code. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom orders cannot be returned unless an error on my behalf has occurred.

Handcrafted jewellery & objects. Graduating with an Honours degree from Monash University, Narelle is now managing her own jewellery business. To become more involved with the actual 'making' of each piece, Narelle chooses to hand-craft as many of her jewellery components as possible. Pieces may consist of a range of materials like: silver (100% recycled), resin, japanese paper, silk, wood, melted plastics, faux suede & more.
