Shipping
All Australian orders above $20 will be shipped free of charge, via Australian Registered Post. Orders below $20 will be charged a flat postage fee of $5. A Tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped.
Most orders will ship within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post (Registered) and should arrive within 4-10 working days from day of purchase. Please send us an email should you require your item to be shipped via Express Post, additional costs will be involved.
International delivery just email info@mysecretagentloverman.com with your shipping address and we will get back to you with shipping charges and delivery time.
New Zealand- All orders are shipped via Australian Registered Post and require signature upon delivery. Delivery time is between 7-14 working days.

Returns
My Secret Agent Lover Man checks all items before delivery and makes sure they are free from any defects of workmanship. We will only accept returns if the item is faulty upon receiving it or the item has been described incorrectly.
Exchanges can be made if the item is still available, in the event the item is no longer available we will issue an online credit note or a refund minus shipping charges to your nominated bank account.
If you wish to return any items please note the following:
1. My Secret Agent Lover Man must be notified of your intention to return and the reasons for return/exchange. Please send us an email on info@mysecretagentloverman.com with the subject "Returns" if you decide to do so. Please do not return any items before notifying us, this might result in your return not being processed.
2. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
3. All items returned must be in original packaging including any tags, along with the proof of purchase.
4. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for returning the items. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit. We will not offer any refund/exchange if we do not receive the items. We advise that customers choose a shipping method which provides tracking.
5. After receiving the returned item, My Secret Agent Lover Man will inspect the item and if deemed faulty, will exchange the item or issue an online credit note/refund. My Secret Agent Lover Man cannot provide customers with refunds to their credit cards, we will refund money to your nominated Australian bank account.
6. We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons.
7. My Secret Agent Lover Man may decline to offer a credit note or exchange if the item is on sale or the returned product is damaged by someone other than a My Secret Agent Lover Man team member.
