Shipping Policy:
Australian orders: Shipped 24 hours after your order has been placed. All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Registered Post with an expected delivery time of 2 - 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped including tracking number and Australia post track facility link. We guarantee delivery on Australia Registered Post parcels however DILUCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries but will be glad to assist you if a situation occurs. International orders: Shipped 24 hours after your order has been placed. All international orders are shipped via Australia post airmail with an estimate delivery time of 10 - 14 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. All international orders will require your signature for validation and collection. DILUCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries but will be glad to assist you if a situation occurs.
Returns Policy:
14 day exchange/ return period from date of invoice for on-line purchases only. Please contact us as soon as your delivery arrives if you require assistance with a exchange/return as delays can cause your 14 day period to expire. Frames must be unworn and in the same condition as received inclusive of proof of purchase. DILUCA frames are supplied with storage case & micro fibre cloth. All items must be included for approval of your exchange/ return.
