What happens if my order goes missing? Barbarian Gypsy uses Australia Post Express Registered Mail. She will be able to track your parcel at any point if need be. You must sign for your order at point of delivery. If the address provided is unattended, your parcel will be held at your nearest Post Office for collection. Where possible, please ensure someone is able to sign for the goods at point of delivery that way, you'll receive your order faster! How much does shipping cost? Most packages will be a Standard Delivery Fee of $ 12.00 Australia wide. How long will it take to receive my order? Barbarian Gypsy knows that you will be eager to receive your pieces, so she will do all in her power to get your products to you Australia wide within 3-5 working days! If the Barbarian Gyspy is in high demand, she will still provide delivery of your order within 5-7 working days. Returns Policy:
Barbarian Gypsy prides herself on quality and customer service. She wants you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be delighted with your purchases. If you are unhappy with your jewellery* or leather goods for any reason, Barbarian Gypsy will allow you to exchange your item/s within 10 days of invoice date if the item has not been worn and tags are still attached. If stock of the item is no longer available, the BG will gladly allow and exchange for another product, or will refund your money. If you wish to return an item, you must notify the BG by email : barbariangypsy@gmail.com Proof of purchase is required with all returns - this may be a invoice, or an email confirmation from Barbarian Gypsy confirming that payment has been received. *Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned nor exchanged. No returns will be accepted on Sale items. Barbarian Gypsy will not be held responsible for returned items being lost in the post. We recommend that you use Registered Post for all returns to ensure items can be traced.
